Hi
We want to configure capacity based Report for our Netbackup , so we follow the steps as follows Tech Note

But after that it gives the error Agent not connected. As Attached below screens shot
We have also disable and enable Master server
So whats the resolution?

Actually when i go through the Admin guide ,it says that we have to install Ops Center Agent on Master server also for this reporting.
So after Installing Ops Center Agent on Master server , the problem resolved
Then after disabling and enabling the Master Server , now the Capacity License Report is generating ,
But it will take time approx 10 mints, we have also restarted the Ops Center services
Now the reports are generating successfully
