Clear alerts are generated from OpsCenter though the issue is still persists

Dear Veritas Team,

We just configured the Alert policies to forward the alerts from OpsCenter to SNMP manager and to Email recipients. It was working fine with active alerts and clear alerts. 

If an alert is generated for hardware failure OpsCenter send the active alerts to  SNMP manager and email receipients and when it is resolved OpsCenter sends the clear alerts to SNMP manager and email alerts. 

But suddendly OpsCenter sends both active and clear alerts together though the issue is still not resolved.

 

Can some one advise on this please?

OpsCenter Version : 8.1 .  Running on Windows server

Master server version : 8.1
