Create a Custom report for failed backups on 1st and later attempts

HI ,  I'm trying to make a custom report that can generate a list for failed backups in last 16 hours "backups window is during all non-business hours" , if job failed then succeded in later attempts i don't want it to be reported .

In job filter , i set "job status" != sucessfull , and "status code" to !=0 , and "include all jobs" = yes "so i can get failed snapshots as well .

Then in "job primary ID" column , i set "opertaion" to "count" ..

Likewise , i'm getting a 1:1 report like i can generate from NBU admin. console "with time range set and status code set to more than 0"

The problem is there's jobs which fails on 1st attempt , job state at NBU was set to done , and so new parent job ID is generated and job succeeded this time .

however ofcourse first failed backup job will be reported , how can i avoid that .

There's a filter called "sucess rate" in "consecutive failures report" template , but for some reason this filter don't appear when i generate a custom report from scratch , additionally , i'm not willing to use  "consecutive failures report" , as there's some modifications i need to do for it , while the template have very limited filters list .
