Custom report to list failed databases

Hi,

Currently I have a report which goes out early in the morning to the DBAs with the job exit status for a few clients. The problem is that the report only has the "exit status" e.g. partially successful (1) and it does not give any more details about which backup failed.

How can I have the name of the database whose backup failed while the job ran?

Hi,

I dont think there is anyway to get this information without reviewing the detailed status of the job.

Maybe others have an idea.

Check the domain_Log table for a job id that finished with a 1, you might find something in there you can join to the report.
