Good Morning Good People,
I urgently need some assistance, We are in the process of upgrading our current VBR server to OpsCentre Analytics,
The initial upgrade completes fine, immediately after the upgrade the database migration starts, Our old VBR database is 14GB in size,
The migration is currently active for 36 hours, estimated time lett shows as 7984hours,
Completed records show as 4543 and total records are 1004526, I have opened up a case with symantec and they say its normal, but it sounds ridiculous
to me, If we leave the migration to run it may only complete after 2 weeks or so, I have attached a screenshot of the migration progress.
Has anyone come accross this? is this normal? VBR reporting is a critical component of our clients backups and we have had no reports available for them for the last 3 days allready,
