Good day!
We are faced with an incomprehensible problem for us:
When starting any MSSQL database backup policy through OpsCenter, we get an error 239 in the NetBackup console, and the error window is completely empty. Backup policies are configured through the instance.
If you configure the MSSQL database backup policy through a script, the policy is launched through OpsCenter.
Can anyone come across this problem?

The problem is solved by installing a patch from Veritas technical support

Has this ever worked for you?
If the policy is ran from an Admin Console, does it work?
Are you backing up an SQL cluster?
From the client, run these commands.
<install path>\bin bpclntcmd -hn
<install path>\bin bpclntcmd -pn
<install path>\bin bpclntcmd -self
What is the ouptut from those commands?
