We have installed VBR 6.5.0.1946.  When i try to run a report always appear No Data Found. Please help me I need to use this software.

Is that happening wih all the reports or just the reports related to devices etc .

Also let us know if we are availble to see the realtime status of the master server in monitoring option .

That happening whit all the reports.
I was review the date time in the master server, on the VBR server and the application of VBR. For the application of VBR the time hour is different, how can i change it?

The version of Master Server is 6.5.4.

VBR 6.5.0.1946 doesn't support nbu 6.5.4 so you would need to upgrade VBR to version 6.5.1.1 or later.
