Hiding ALL MASTER SERVERS view

Does anyone know of a way to hide the ALL MASTER SERVERS view?  I want a user to login and "only" see the views I give them permissions to in view builder.  But even an Operator can still select the ALL MASTER SERVERS view and see things I don't want them too.

Any update on this?   I would like the same thing and am surprised it isn't already there.
