How to configure SMTP settings in OPS Center?

Hello

i am using OPS Center ,integrated with netbackup 7.5.0.4 

i want to configure the report, which i have done

now i want to  mail it to my big bossess

when i made SMTP server settings and then mailing , it was giving error check your SMTP settings and try again

what is the method.can you people help me

is smtp server port setting is 25 

and

do we have to give server user password also .is it neccessary?

Hi 

its very easy 

u can have all details on OPS Center admin guide

Here is snapshot of admin guide

 

if  you are getting this error  Unable to send the email.Please verify the email address, SMTP server settings and then try again.

then its solution is mentioned in admin guide 

i.e 

If not specified, set SMTP configuration from Settings >

Configuration > SMTP configuration page.

oh thats great. i check admin guide and same page you give screenshot.

i am also attaching picture by erasing server name .

its working now, email is going to my big bossess
