I have a Solaris 10 x_86 64bit machine that is my Master server. I am looking for a way to pull the information onto my VBR server for reporting purposes. I have been able to configure a Sparc Master server in another office, but the x_86 box is giving me trouble.
We'll need a little more detail. Is your Agent running on Solaris or Windows? Is its hostname listed in the bp.conf with a SERVER entry? Are the NetBackup versions matching between the Agent and the master? Where exactly are you seeing the trouble and what's happening?
