How to configure user defined reports to be sent via email

I need to configure the following reports to be sent to a specific email account

1)      Email a weekly report on the total tape usage of each of the client groups.

2)      Configure a daily report on backups success/failure and reason code. 

3)      Send an alert if it goes below a certain threshold of free space on tapes. 

Step by step instruction would be really appricated.

If you refer admin guide you will get the instructions.

However first configure the smpt server and then add receipients. After adding the receipients you can schedule your reports as per your requirement.
