I am looking to use the Chargeback feature in OpsCenter 8.2 and I am looking for some documention / video on how to setup the cost variables and formulas. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.
If you find this out, I'd like to know as well. However, I think Veritas is wanting everyone to move to Aptare for data collection and reporting. I seem to remember that the plan is to eventually retire OpcCtr.
