OpsCenter - Client Failed Past 3 Days

Can I get OpsCenter to tell me if a client has failed backups the past 3 nights?  I can configure a report for a client that has failed 3 consecutive times but those 3 attempts could be in the past 5 minutes and show up on the report.  I need to know when a client's daily (Full or incremental) backups have failed 3 days in a row.  Does anyone have a report like this?

As an added note, I have test and development servers that only get backed up once a week.  So a report that shows "what clients haven't been backed up in the past 3 days" wouldn't work.  I'm trying to report on clients that have tried, and failed, to backup in the past 3 days.
