Hi,
We have upgraded Opscenter 7.5 to 7.7.1. Post upgradation data collection partially failed.
[Nbsl/Agent communication exception]: ErrorCode - 25 : cannot connect on socket (Can not connect to Remote Service:[bpjobd-netbackup])

Hi,
Netbackup Support Team resolved the issue. According to them, it was known issue on 7.7.1.
Resolution:
Enabled the agentid on the database level.

What is NBU version ? Did you try restart your master server ? This seems ot be more likely from Netbackpu side. To figure it out , you need to look in to NBSL (master server )and OID 148 (Opscenter) logs to pin point the issue. Can you share these logs for specific time frame when issue occur ?
Also ,Enable nbu.scl.logIncomingDataEnabled=true in scl.conf file on Opscenter server to log moredetails of NBSL / Opscenter communictaion during data collection.
