after linux patch one of our OpsCenter servers is not operational
# ./OpsCenterServer start
SQL Anywhere Start Server In Background Utility Version 12.0.1.3994
DBSPAWN ERROR: -105
Database cannot be started -- Access is denied
Unable to start Symantec NetBackup OpsCenter Database Server
Starting Symantec OpsCenter Server ...
Symantec OpsCenter Server started
Symantec OpsCenter WebServer Service started
could not find this error during Symantec site search
another server is running fine after same patch
and NetBackup application is OK on both servers
any ideas?

solution found - restart pbx
I mistakenly thought OpsCenter script took care of that.
