Senthil,

Which version of Solaris are you running?

Also, OpsCenter / NetBackup 7.x is no longer supported on x86 platforms for Unix environments.

NetBackup 7.x Operating System

If this is x86_x64 running a true 64 bit platform, then OpsCenter should start without issue.

Please check the ./installpath/OpsCenter/db/log/server.log file for more information.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your comment.

My Solaris version is Solaris10 64bit. I'm checking the ./installpath/OpsCenter/db/log/server.log the DB server is started sucessfully. I'm checking the ./installpath/OpsCenterServer/bin/opsadmin.sh monitor command the DB and WEB server is started successfully. but the Opscenter server service only not started. kindly provide solution for this.

Thanks in advance.

Use the following command to cycle OpsCenter completely.

./installpath/OpsCenterServer/bin/opsadmin.sh stop

./installpath/OpsCenterServer/bin/opsadmin.sh start

Then check the most recent 148 log.

./installpath/OpsCenterServer/logs/*-148-*.log

It should have reference as to why the service may not have started properly.

Also, attempt cycling the server completely.
