Hi everyone,
I have an issue in netbackup retreiving logs. I'm recieving backup logs mail but in that mail it is a blank mail. how do i need to recover the logs. Though i can get the logs from netbackup console, i need it from mails.
Is there any options needs to be checked.

You need to give us more info.
You posted in OpsCenter forum. Does that mean that OpsCenter is not collecting info from the master?
Is this the free OpsCenter version or OpsCenter Analytics?
New OpsCenter installation or one that's been running for a while?
Hopefully OpsCenter and the master have been patched up to 7.0.1?

Hi Marianne,
Yes, we will be recieving the logs through mail on daily basis from Symantec ops center. But now i'm recieving the backup logs mail, but the mail contains no logs which we have worked on backup.
This service is been running for while long back.
