Unable to view backup report for specific client

I am unable to view backup report for specific client from Opscenter Analytics.

Options selected -Using Report wizard -select Parameters-Client -Column(Client Name)-Operator(=)-Value(Not able to find the client in the list)

Able to view the same by selecting following options.

Options selected -Using Report wizard -select Parameters-Client -Column(Client Name)-Operator(contains)-Value(Client name)

Request you guide to resolve the same.

Operator = means you have to put in the name exactly. 

Operatore Contains is a wild card search

Make sure you are typing in the name exactly like it is in the policy including fully qualified if needed.

Able to get reports of the X client using wild card search (Contains phrase) ,but not reflecting X machine in clients list.
