That's the NetBackup Vault distribution list, it is generated from the Vault Management section of the NetBackup GUI whenever the Vault process is run.  It is not available through OpsCenter.

If you have access to the master server, these reports (.rpt) files are in:

<install path of Veritas>\Netbackup\vault\sessions\sidXXXX

(where XXXX is the session id, in your case 2306.  So, sid2306.)

You want the vault_inventory.rpt.

Whoops!  Sorry....  you may actually want the "distlist_vault.rpt" file...

I want to get this same report out of Operations Center. I have over 270 masters and do not want to go to every one to get this information.

There is no such report in OpsCenter, and you likely cannot produce anything similar.  This report is only produced on the server where NetBackup Vault is run (the master server). 

You don't need to go to each server to get them, they can be set up within each Vault Profile to be saved to a directory common to all the master servers (map a drive letter in Windows on every master server to the same directory elsewhere on the network, or to an NFS share if using Unix), or you can have them emailed to the same email address.  Setup of this can be found in the Admin Guide for Vault.
