When generating a report I can not see clients updated

Hi,
I'm working with the version of OpsCenter Version 7.6.0.4.

I have created a new view with the latest updates for disabled clients.Although in my created reports I have selected this same view, when generating a report I can not see  these clients updated because is collecting data with clients which  have been disabled ( from an old view )

 I have restart nbsl services in master server.

Opscenter and master server are not in the same server.

What kind of report is this ( Canned / custom) ? What columns / time frame / filters have you selected ? What status(offline)  do yo see for these clients under Opscenter > Monitor > Hosts > Client ? If this shows the correct status then it has something to do with Opscenter database not data collection.
