creating a customize report in Opscenter

hi,

I need to create the report for below customization but im not familiar with the setting. ( In Pie Chart)

Can anyone help me on this ? or could sum1 provide the sql script

1. Job status - same as Overview monitor

2. Appliance status

3. Master server Status - same as Overview monitor

4. Drive status - same as Overview monitor
