opscenter not collecting data

opscenter stopped colleting data since 2 days , i have restarted all services but same issue

below is attached picture of error , it stop collection jobs status giving "Running collection o of 50000"

When you said "restart all services", where did you do that?

The collection was actually failing on the NBSL collector of the master server, so the service you need to restart is on the master server, not OpsCenter server.  Consider also rebooting the master server.

Please check the connectivity status between OpsCenter and Master. You may use bptestbpcd or bpcoverage from Master (seems weird but once i had to clear my cache "bpclntcmd -clear_host_cache" to fix similar issue)

Also try Disable and enabling the collection as basic step. Please check the OpsCenter logs and you should find some evidence that can be shared here to pin point to an issue (you may have to use vxlogview to looks at the logs).
