wrong media server in opscenter alert

Hi all,

I have a issue on opscenter 7.6.0.1 on Windows 2008 R2 and master server 7.5.0.6...the alert  "media frozen" reports wrong media server,

I restarted nbsl on Master Server and OpsCenter processes..but it didn't resolve ...

Please go the configuration page and check if all the media servers are listed. More over could you please share the snapshot or detailed message that you think is an error or wrong display.
