SSR Boxed Product Ordering Hold

Due to a change with a 3rd party component currently offered in Symantec System Recovery (SSR), it is necessary to update the product and shut down orders of boxed products for a period of approximately two weeks. The current version 2013 R2 is going to be replaced by 2013 R2 SP2 with the following schedule:
 
March 31, 2015 – last day to order boxed product for Symantec System Recovery 2013 R2
April 13, 2015 – First day to order Symantec System Recovery 2013 R2 SP2
 
In the event of a critical need, customers will still be able to download SSR via FileConnect for this two-week period; however, the following functions will not be included in the product during that time:
·      Back up to DVD/CD
·      ISO file creation for SRD
 
It’s important to note that while System Recovery SKUs will remain on the price list, any orders placed during this time will be put on a temporary hold and then released after the 2-week blackout period with the updated R2 SP2.
