Back up exe any version and Replication Exe 3.1 conflicts

Are there any conflicts installing Veritas Back up exe (preferebly 10d) on a Windows 2003 Enterprise running XCH server and Replication Exe 3.1?

By XCH do you mean Exchange? As far as I know Replication Exec and Backup Exec will happily coexist provided you don't try and install the Backup Exec Continuous Protection Server.
