I search the forum and connot find anything related to this issue.
I have Replication Exec 3.1 SP1 HotFix 7 on all the servers that does replication
The RSA on my RMS server failed to start since last week, it had work previously. The error I am getting is
In Application Log
Event: ID 1030
Source: Replication Exec RSA
Description: Replication Exec service initialization failed. : Initialization failed. : The database could not be initialized.
In System Log
Event ID 7024
Source: Service Control Manager

I have tried remove the rsa.db rsa.log and do a repair installation and also remove the ODBC connection for RSA and have the repair installation recreated. I tested the RSA connection in the DataSource and it tested succesfuly.
Has anyone encounter this issue before?
