I have VRE and BE11d on the same server. I click on Create Backup Exec SmartLink link and it comes up with the wizard and when I click next it is supposed to populate it with the name of the server. It doesn't. It acts like Backup Exec is not on the server. Then the directions say if it is on a diffent server then put in the name, so I put in the server name, press next and it asks me for username and password. When I put it in, it does not take it. It then says access denied to the server. Am I missing something?
