I am running VRE Console on a 2003 server at remote site B and cannot system that I pushed agent to on 2003 server at site A. I have a VPN in place so all ports allowed through and name resolution works fine.
I found article that said to use REGEDT32 to add a gateway key and IP address, however, the key was already here. I went ahead and changed the FQDN to an IP adress but it still did not work. I restarted services and then restarted server, but still cannot see Agent in Console.
Any suggestions?
