Can I use the Heartbeat NIC for VVR replication? Some say it’s not recommended.

Hi,
Do you mean, using LLT heartbeats of VCS for VVR replication ? (This is not recommended), you shouldn't have IPs plumbed on LLT links of cluster
OR you are saying using WAC link between 2 sites using public NIC while using GCO? (This is recommended), you will have an IP defined in ClusterService group, which will be used by WAC resource to communicate to remote site. This IP can be plumbed on the NIC which you have defined for public use or any dedicated NIC (if you have kept) specific for GCO communication purpose.
