Unable to take sharepoint online backup, the option is grayed out

Hi guys,

I´m trying to show how SAAS backup works to a customer but everytime I create a connector the option for select sharepoint backup is grayed out, I can backup everytime except sharepoint. 

I already configured my account a gave it GLOBAL ADMINISTRATOR grants but still no results.

Can anyone help me??

Have you tried to log a Support Call with Veritas?

There might be an initial setup step that was missed. 

We have a customer who is successfully backing up Sharepoint Online. 
The SaaS backups was the only way one partical team could get their data back after a 'clever admin' deleted their shared folder.

Turns out SharePoint backup is not available in trial saas backup version. So this behaviour is normal
