My name is Philip Rosier. I'm the Product Manager responsible for consulting enablement of our Storage and Availability Management Group (SAMG) based solutions. I own the consulting services intellectual property contained within the Service Delivery Resource Kits (SDRK's), and will be happy to answer any questions you have, and more importantly, look forward to your feedback on how to improve the content and quality of consulting enablement resources available from Symantec.
