Currently our client is in the process of migrating hardware machines of Primary & DR sites and SFHA/DR product as well with latest available stuff which may take 2 to 3 months due to the criticality of our clustered application. But unfortunately this time DR site node crashed.

Hi @Zahid_Haseeb

If you  want VERITAS expert opinion,  then a community forum is the wrong place to ask.

Rather log a Support call with veritas.

Riefly, the followings are what you need to do

1. Rebuild the server on the secondary with the same versions of OS and Veritas (same patch level as well)

2. Delete rvg and rlinks on the primary, that is to take all data volumes out from rvg.

3. Create the same name of dg, volumes (same size) on the secondary

4. Run cradmin command on the primary to recreate rvg/rlinks

5 start replication

by the way, what is the VxVM version? Old than 5.1.?

Ok.  You are on 5.0MP3 which is no longer a surpportrf version, please upgrade to 5.1SP1RP4.  Upgrade is free.  (Can't remember if 5.1 is competeble with RHEL 5.3)

I respect your comments. (Many times I found good input from community rather support)
