SFHA/DR = 5.1
Redhat=5.1
Disk = SAN Disk
Problem
While linux boot the following error stops the linux from boot. If we unplug the Fiber Cable and start linux the system can boot. After system boot we plugged the cable and run the command vxdisk scandisks, the system able to detect the disk and show with the the command vxdisk list. Although we have to import the DiskGroup.

Found one thing that the /var was full. Although its a individual filesystem and should not put any influence. Anyway I made this empty. But still I am not able to start my volumes via the command vxvol -g DIskGroup VolumeName
error
cannot start detached volume

Thanks all for kind replies. I re-created the DR site diskgroup and volumes.
