How to Initiaze Veritas VM in RHEL 3.0 ?

Hi All,

I would like to know how to configure Veritas VM in RHEL3.0 ? I get this error everytime i start vxconfigd

VxVM vxconfigd FATAL ERROR V-5-1-8379 vxdmp driver not loaded on the system. This version of VxVM mandatorily requires vxdmp to be loaded. Exiting.

Which kernel are you running (uname -a) ?

We require update 2 (2.4.21-15) as the minimum kernel level for SF on RHEL 3. DMP will not load on anything earlier than that.

update 2,3,4,5,6 are all supported.
