Hi experts,
I have encounter some problem managing the disks and volumes on the Veritas Enterprise Admin (VEA) console.
I have installed the Veritas Storage Foundation 5.0 onto a server running Windows 2000 Terminal Server.
I logged into the VEA console to view the status of the disks and volumes of the server. I expanded the storageagent on the VEA explorer tree, I saw the "Disk Group" option and the "Volume" option marked with the an error symbol. I expanded the Disk Group option on the explorer tree, I saw 2 disks with a status of "Imported" under the "Disk Tab". Then I click on the "Volume Tab", I saw 3 hard disks under the selected "Disk Group" with the status missing. But the surprising thing is that the affected volume on the server are still accessible as per normal.
I was just wondering what could be the cause of the problem and is there any way that I can rectify this problem.
