A few options you can try:
Check the virus first. A tons of viruses affect oleaut32.dll file and your customer may have uninstalled some softeware which deleted the oleaut32.dll file. Anyway, you'd better copy the file from another computer to the one you're going to set up the demo system.
Make sure your software is working by installing it on another computer, if it goes well, it's clear that the crash is not your software's problem. And I believe that your target is to demonstrate the cluster system, instead of solving the customer's existing problem so just use another computer to do the demonstration.
