Hi Guys,
I need to remove the DG and that DG in VCS service Group.
Can you please tell me the steps /process to execute this ?

If you remove the DG from VCS SG, what about all the resources that depend on it?
Normally you will have volume(s) and mount point(s) as well as some application or process that depend on the DG.
If we know what the SG currently looks like and what the end-goal as far as VCS and the SG is, we will be be able to provide you with appropriate advice.

Firstly you need to check cluster config & remove the necessary dependency (dependency of resources on DG as Marrianne indicated)
Broadly, I will think of following steps:
1. Ensure cluster config is fixed, this will include, checking of dependency, offlining dependent resources, once offllined, delete resources from cluster config.
2. Save cluster config
3. Take a backup of diskgroup from /etc/vx/cbr/bk/ directory,
4. Delete the volumes from the diskgroups
5. Destroy the diskgroup from vxvm..
You can refer to cluster admin guide for details, refer https://sort.symantec.com/documents/doc_details/sfha/5.1/Solaris/ProductGuides/ (this doc is for SF 5.1 on solaris)

only the filesystem that is mounted on the targeted DG needs to be removed.
I mean only one filesystem in entire SG is not needed any more.
So, I need to remove resources pertaining to that mount point.
Is the plan mentioned below is safe ?
1. Unlink the dependency to these trageted resources
2. Set the critical 0 for these resources( DG, VOL, mount)
3. offline the resource
4. remove the resource from cluster configuration.
5 import diskgrop and destroy it. remove mount points etc.

You may have to purge the fencing keys from the disk group in order to re-import the disk group and destroy.
Removing the disk group resource from the service group definition doesn't clear the keys.

OK, one filesystem could potentially be totally different to this statement in your opening post: 'I need to remove the DG'.
How many volumes in this DG? If there is only one volume, your steps are good.
al_from_india makes a good point - if IO fencing is used in your environment, you need to take that into account as well.
