Start with https://sort.symantec.com/home

Use the Installation & Upgrade Checklist to select Product & version you want to upgrade to, upgrade from, OS, etc.

Remember to check the links to the compatibility lists as well.

Next, https://sort.symantec.com/documents

Find the required SF/HA version on the left and click on Product Guides under Linux heading.:

You will have to upgrade to 5.0 MP3 first and then patch to 5.0 MP4.

Strt with Release Notes, then Install Guides. The Installation Guides covers upgrade as well.
