Any technote is available for the subjected ERROR ? I faced this when I come back(Switchover) to primary site from DR. The ERROR occured while online RVGprimary Resource

Yep, so that is what the technote may indirectly mean ...

So you had services faulted (HAD or agent or VVR services), try restarting them & you should see the error gone.
