Dear Experts

SFHA version 6

OS version RHEL 6.2

I am creating HA/DR (Global Cluster)

I have multiple NICs, i was creating replication setup between Primary and DR. I created RVG but at the time of adding secondary (addsec)

I got the following error

vradmin -g PHX-DG addsec PHX-RVG 192.168.2.2 192.168.2.3
Message from Host 192.168.22.3:
VxVM vxvol ERROR V-5-1-10127 associating volume PHX with PHX-RVG:
Volume or plex device is open or attached
As I mentioned, i have multiple NICS therefore while adding secondary I wanted to use specific NIC i.e. eth3 which have the following IP mentioned in the error above.

I want replication to work via eth3 and from the IP i have mentioned above.

Any help where I am going wrong

Thanks

Your issue is not with NICs but:

Volume or plex device is open or attached

So probably you have volumes mounted on the secondary (192.168.2.3), so you need to umount filesystems you want to use for replication on 192.168.2.3.
