Environment
(Existing environment)
SFHA/DR = 5.0MP4RP1
OS = rhel 5.3
===
(Future Environment)
SFHA/DR = 6.0.2
OS = rhel 5.9
AND
SFHA/DR = 6.0.2
OS = 6.0.2
Suppose I import the DIskgroup from Existing Environment to any Future Environment, can I able to import the same DiskGroup again in the Existing Environment ?
(Will DiskGroup version upgraded (Automatically/no) when import DiskGroup from SFHA 5.0MP4RP1 to SFHA 6.0.3 ?)

No - diskgroup is never upgraded automatically - this is a manual step using:
vxdg [-T version] upgrade diskgroup
If you don't specify version when using this command then diskgroup is upgraded to the latest version.
So if you don't manually upgrade then you can re-import on original earlier version of SF after importing on later version of SF. Obviously, if you upgrade to a DG version on SF 6.0 which is higher than the highest DG version on SF 5.0, then you won't able to then import on 5.0
