could not able to launch the Vea after Installing the veritas 5.1

hi,

while upgrading the veritas 5.1 could not able to launch the VEA. Then we came to  vea not included in the 5.1 package so i downloaded and install the VEA - VRTSobgui package from the symtantec site.  After applying this package also the vea is not launching for veritas 5.1. It is promting for this  Error code while launching  V-39-53247-1 Please opine what i need to do further.

VEA is being sunsetted in favor of VOM.  See the link above for free download.  If you have a single instance you're probably fine with VEA for now but VOM will be your solution of choice for the future.
