can sum one pls help me with the following as i've been thro thousands of forums and try'd all the steps diffrent ppl has posted...this is the error i'm getting...

now, this comes up at any time during the backup!!we have lokked at every possible thing!! - had all the hardware replaced as everyone i contacted gave me diff reasons y it fails.(corruped data, faulty tape drive, faulty scassy card / cable)
how ever we still seem to be getting the same error...!!! i am using backup exec 11d sp2.
my backup tapes are Sony 400GB LTO Ultrium 2 data cartriges. (bought new ones )
so every thing is new..!! the data is not corrupted cos its being used on a daily basses in the company..!
can sum one pls help!!!!
