node 2 crashing when joins to cluster

In 3 node rac cluster node 2 crashing  when joing to cluster, how to fix the issue?

below is the error

Hi,

I would suggest to get the full core dump collected & get it analyzed by Symantec support .. the last panic seems to be happening in vxglm module.

Are you running with latest & supported versions of Solaris & SF/VCS ?
