Altiris agent install "The network path was not found"

I'm running BESR 2010 Central Management point and trying to do an "Install Altiris Agent" manually specifying the IP address of the target machine that's not in the same subnet or domain as the Central Management Point. When I do so I get a "The network path was not found" message next to that client when I click the "Install Altiris Agent" button.

What do I need to do to get IE8 to allow Symantec Connect forum tool access to copy/paste?

Then try to attach it as a PNG file.
