Attempt to copy package failed ( Product Trial )

I need to know if the trial version of the solution System recovery can make deployment of agent. Is it possible ?

The consumer try it and show the message "Attempt to copy package failed".

I have only used a licenced version and I have had no problems deploying the agent,

Normally this error occurs due to permission, check these items:

1) you must have administrator access to computer you want to install agent
(check accessing its C$ drive)

2) check firewall blocking of port 135 on destination computer

3) check timezone/time difference

4) check DCOM permission (check software manual and search for DCOM)

You need a specific account for the backup exec services, that account should be a domain admin and a backup operator, it should also have a mailbox. all services on the media server and the agent services on the remote servers need to use that account
