BESR 10 Restore Anyway asks for XP files : how to do ??? (urgent)

Hello,

I am restoring a laptop to new hardware and BESR 2010 is asking "Please provide service pack files for Windows XP Service Pack 3".
But we tried to point to different files out of files being present on XP SP3 CD (french version) but we don't clearly understand which files are required ?

Any help would be really greatly appreciated !!!

Inbetween we were able to solve the problem by inserting an original CD of Windows XP. (Physical CD-ROM).
But at the end of the process there was an error and Symantec BESR crashed.
Next screen was main menu of BESR

BESR Restore Anyware is looking for the SP3.CAB file usually located in the %systemdrive%\I386 folder. BESR Restore Anyware will also need the Driver.CAB usually located in the %systemdrive%\Windows\Driver Cache\i386 folder if Restore Anyware needs to update the kernel and Hal files.

I don't know why BESR would crash! Try placing the files on your system then backup & restore with Restore Anyware.
