BESR 2010 Can't see Logical drives booted from SRD

I have 2 Dell R710 Servers with WS2003 R2 SP2 after I configure them as a primary and secondary domain controllers I can't see the logical drives when booted from the Symantec BESR 2010 SRD.

I see the logical drives just fine before I configure them as domain controllers when booted from the BESR 2010 SRD.

Any ideas?

There were security people making policy and registry changes on the OS. that is the only difference I know of between the Dell serveers I have run BESR recovery on with no issues and not seeing the drives when the server was a DC.
