I've got an Hyper-V Guest with Server 2008 R2 and Exchange 2010 installed. Each time I do backup it stops after a while with Error ED800019 and Error E7D1000E.
Backup target is an USB disk connected to the host server.
I've read this forum discussion:https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/besr-2010-frequent-error-ec8f17b7-error-ed800019-and-error-e7d1000e
So the bluescreen issue is solved but not Error ED800019 and Error E7D1000E. I did not install the hotfix because I've got no bluescreen. Shall I do so anyway??
I had no backup errors during the last days on the very same server. The only significant thing that changed was moving a couple of mailboxes. So I guess it has to do with the size of the backup file *iv2i??
Do you have any advice for me? Thank you!

The issue seems to be fixed by the hotfix. Several Backups with 40+ GB ran succesful.
Thanks!
