Does anybody have an idea of why the FTP transfer won't work in BESR 2010. I have opened the appropriate ports on the router, and I have tested the FTP outside of BESR. Outside of BESR everything works as it should. I have used FTP Voyager to check any connection & transfers. Also, I am able to set up a network location in Windows Explorer. Either way, I can transfer & delete files with these programs. However, when I set up the Offsite Backup in BESR I get a message that it cannot connect, whether I am sending to my Home directory or to a sub-directory.
HELP!!!!! Any thoughts at all would be appreciated, as the documentation that Symantec has is virtually non-existent in the case of FTP.
